Hello. You should take those medicines to help your kidneys. A stone this big is unlikely to pass on ours own. And getting a ct will confirm the size of stone, number of stones, location etc to decide if there's need of surgery.

Well this may be due to improper digestion, you need to test your LFT and usg whole abdomen to detect any abnormalities in liver, take food in every 3-4 hrs interval, with this you need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure your problem permanently.
