There is relationship between TB and eyes, you can have Chronic Iridocyclitis I.e. Inflammation in the eyes. Which has to be treated with steroid and atropine eye drops. Because of the atropine eye drops you will not be able to read without Glasses. Please adhere to the medical treatment as prescribed by eye surgeon.

"As" per your clinical history is concerned do use this medication as per your Doctors advice and one times overdose will not be any problem at all and it will resolve soon so no further medication is needed at all.
