Ssri and tca have reaction potentiaying each other, although opipramol is said to have less potent. And you can land inserotonin syndrome if potency of ssri is increased by tca.
Please stop one of them so that you benefit from one of them.
Don't add another antidepressant if you are on opipramol.

Most psychiatric medication takes usually 15 days to a month to start its effect and relief from complaints are usually obtained after 1.5 to 3 months.
