The medications are fine, but your hallucinations are not controlled. So you need a revision of prescription, consult your psychiatrist. He will be able to help u. If all 4 years the symptoms have not remitted, with adequate dosage, there are medications for resistant hallucinations. All the best.

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with your history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.

You need to have a valid prescription and regular review when taking olimelt (olanzapine). There are also many other good companies if the particular brand is not available, consult your psychiatrist for the same. Periodic weight measurement, blood sugar and lipid levels need to be monitored. Usually this medicine is used for initial control and later changed to others, depending on the condition. Do not keep giving the medicine, thinking it is only for sleep on your own. Hope this info helps.
