About Olamin 1.5% Lotion

Olamin 1.5% Lotion is a synthetic antifungal. It is used for dermatological treatment of conditions like superficial mycoses. It is applied topically on the skin. It functions by stopping the growth of fungus in the toenails and fingernails.

Olamin 1.5% Lotion is primarily prescribed to treat tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea cruris (jock itch), tinea corporis (ringworm), cutaneous candidiasis, and tinea versicolor (pityriasis). Avoid contact with eyes; if sensitivity or irritation occurs, discontinue use.

On using Olamin 1.5% Lotion you may experience side effects such as burning sensation, redness, swelling, irregular heartbeat, rash, dandruff, headache and skin problems. In case of severe reactions contact your health care provider right away.

Before using this medication notify your doctor if you have any of these following conditions. If you have allergies to any foods, medicines, substances, you have a history of organ transplant, you are taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs and/or you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant anytime soon or are breastfeeding a baby.
