You have not uploaded the ct scan. Kindly get in touch with me online. Not all colds and nasal congestions are relieved by surgery! you need to know the cause for the same. Ruling out allergies is the single most important thing in your case. Surgery is secondary.

It is very common for patients with nasal obstruction to develop clogged ear as well. The back of the nose opens into a tunnel also known as the eustachian tube. This tube goes up to the ear.
