The way you are describing the discharge and its colour it does not appear to be is coming from inside. Maybe there is an infection outside and norfloxacin also is not a medicine for vaginal infection. It is for something else. First of all, as you may know Norfloxacin is an antibiotic and it should not be taken unless prescribed by your doctor.
It is given for a documented or suspected UTI and should never be self prescribed, as it has some adverse effects and when taken injudiciously leads to increased resistance to antibiotics in your body and it would not work for you when you would really need one.
Please see a general surgeon/ urologist for your complaints.
