Nicip Plus Tablet is an anti-inflammatory pain killer which is also a non-steroidal tablet. It can be used to treat acute pain, pain related to menstrual cramps, backache, post-operative pains, osteoarthritis and fever.

As this medicine is a combination of two drugs belonging to the same class, which is NSAID (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). This medication functions by blocking the cyclooxygenases which actually produces pain signals in our body.

This drug works by exerting pain-relieving activities. Cyclooxygenases and Prostaglandin are the reasons for the occurrence of inflammation, swelling of joints and other acute pains.

Cyclooxygenase is a type of enzyme which produces compounds known as Prostaglandin. The existence of Prostaglandin in your body creates inflammation in joints, swelling and pain. Nicip Plus is a cyclooxygenase inhibitor, so it effectively reduces these symptoms.

You should inform you doctor if you have:

  If the Nicip Plus medicine is taken on a regular basis then you must consume the missed dose as soon as you remember it. You must not take the missed dosage if it is time for the next dose. A double dose can lead to overdose of the medication.
