Poor diet raises triglycerides. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Increase traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter fish etc. Decrease modern diet, it is recommended but not healthy, it increases triglycerides.

all BP medicines show this problem. Your medicine nebivolol causes such problems less than other BP medicines. Discontinue it for 2 weeks and see if it improves

Ventidox M patients should avoid nebicip treatment for hypertension. Please discuss with your Dr. They should generally avoid ecospirin also. It can worsen breathlessness just like nebicip can
ecospirin AV is required after blockages, not for hypertension.
