Any folic acid preparation is OK. If susten 300 is prescribed due to symptoms of threatened miscarriage, the dose should not be altered. If not, the dose doesn't matter.

Dear lybrate-user,
if your upt and serum beta hcg are negative, it’s highly unlikely that you are pregnant. You may not be getting a proper period as your still on progesterone support. Please consult your doctor and find out if you can stop susten tablets. If your doctor is convinced that you can stop it, go ahead and discontinue it, after which you should get a proper period.

Hi, Lybrate user. Get an ultrasonography done and see the extent of pcod. Get treated for it and also get all tests for both partners done after consulting a gynaec. Then if all is ok ovulation induction can be done and pregnancy can be tried. Only then later on go in for ivf.
