Susten is progesterone which is secreted by pregnancy to maintain it. As it is naturally secreted then there is no need to take progesterone. Progesterone tablets have become fashion and a source of income these days for the doctors. There is no need to take any medicines except folic acid.

Hcg is needed only if your pregnancy is at risk, or your age is above 30 or you have had spotting or pain all this while, or if you have had a history of miscarriage earlier on. Taking gestanin or gestofit or susten 300 mg SR is fine as they are pregnancy support pills, HCG injections are taken also for the same reasons as above, so I suggest you take a call yourself, as ethically we do not speak against any dr, hope you respect our medical fraternity.

Yes both of these medicines will help.
Newova 2.5-- it is also useful in infertility whereby it increases the release of certain hormones to stimulate the release of eggs from the ovaries.
Susten 200 soft gelatin capsule is a progesterone (female hormone). It helps to establish and maintain pregnancy. It also prevents the increase in thickness of the endometrium (lining of the uterus) caused by estrogen.

Hi, I am 29 years (going to be 30 this september) and have PCOS. I was diagnosed with PCOS on 2011 and was on medication (that also worked as contraceptive pill) since then. I stopped my medicine on 12.7.2018 and got pregnant immediately naturally. My husband is 29 as well. We are married for 5 years now. We are about 5 weeks 3 days pregnant. I am having stomach cramps on my lower abdomen, mostly on the left side. But the pain is very mild and it comes and goes. My breasts are tender. Other than this I do not have any symptoms. I do not have any bleeding or spotting or nausea. My query is, what symptoms should I expect during 1st trimester? Is it normal to have stomach cramps? I have been working out on high intensity for last 3 years. I am in very good shape and healthy. Should I continue with my workouts? Is it safe to get intimate with my husband right now? What should I eat and what should I not eat? Which symptoms are warning signs and I should rush to the doctor? Pregnancy is stressing me out. Please guide me through. 11.7.2018 - Last Period started 14.7.2018 - Period ended First pregnancy test done at home on 31.7.2018 - Result negative Second Pregnancy test done at home on 14.8.2018 - Result positive Currently I am on Medicine Gestofit SR 300 mg (Progesterone), Folcure 5 mg (L&Methylfolate calcium, Pyridoxal 5)

You should primarily get an USG done and also basic blood tests in pregnancy. Breast tenderness is a common symptom of pregnancy. You may also have nausea, constipation in pregnancy. Eat fresh and healthy food with plenty of fluids. Avoid processed food and also avoid over the counter medications. It is better to refrain from sex in early pregnancy.

Dear Sunita
hello
gestofit 200 is a progestational hormone medicine , this is not used as contraceptive pill

this medicine is used by people who are either planning to conceive nd require progesterone supplementation OR during pregnancy
Do not self medicate yourself , take medicine according to doctors prescription because the dosage and the days on which it is taken may vary according to the indication for which it is taken
hopefully that answer your query
