About Myospaz Tablet

Myospaz Tablet is one of the most commonly used painkiller and helps in relieving pain under various circumstances. The tablet is an analgesic with Chlorzoxazone and Paracetamol as active ingredients. Myospaz Tablet helps by increasing the pain threshold and blood flow in the human body and depressing the muscle reflexes.

The medicine helps in the treatment of muscle pain, joint pain, pains during fever, muscle ache, period pain, backache or arthritis. It also helps patients suffering from cancer to get a relief from pain. Furthermore, some doctors may prescribe it to people who experience after a surgery.

It is important to note that you should not consume this medicine if you suffer from allergic reactions, any serious liver-related issues or analgesic nephropathy. Likewise, if you consume 3 or more glasses of alcohol in a day, try to avoid doing that since this medicine as it can interact with the alcohol to show adverse side effects.

Myospaz tab does not have any serious side effects and very few people experience side effects like nausea, gastric/mouth ulcer or fatigue. It is crucial that you discuss your medical history with your doctor to avoid any possible serious implications as the medicine can react with various medicines, ingredients or minerals.

Treatment is supportive following attempts to enhance drug elimination. Hypotension should be treated with I.V. fluids and/or Trendelenburg positioning. Dialysis and hemoperfusion and osmotic diuresis have all been useful in reducing serum drug concentrations; patient should be observed for possible relapses due to incomplete gastric emptying.

Take exactly as directed, with food. Do not increase dose or discontinue without consulting prescriber. Do not use alcohol, prescriptive or OTC antidepressants, sedatives, or pain medications without consulting prescriber. May turn urine orange or red (normal).
