U can tk proper nutritional diet having vitamins n mineral's. Use fibrous fruits. Tk amla n alovera juice. Use natural supplements. Drinks lot of water. Fruits n green vegetables r very useful.

You can take multivitamin tablets regularly for 15 days after that you should discontinue using it for next 15 days otherwise it may lead to hypervitaminosis. Better to take raw fruit and vegetables daily to get enough vitamin and minerals.
