Multi vitamins tablets can be taken with food.
It would be better if you have them with milk for benefit of additional nutrition.
An occasional effect of multivitamins tablet is orange colour of urine. It is totally normal and is because excess vitamins are removed via urine. Do not be concerned by it.

Hi, a multivitamin and multimineral has all vitamins and minerals so you don't need separate vitamin c unless there is a gross deficiency of vitamin c. Supradyn or a to z or amway is fine. Have it after lunch.
