You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). you may give lemonade, dab water, dal water, clear soup, buttermilk, lassi, fruit juice, barley water, rice water, milk to increase his fluid intake. add misri to his plain water (1 per 250 ml)-let it soak for few hrs.

No, dexorange is for anaemia. U can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
