No it will not help. To prevent pimples, eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided.
Don't peal pimples, as they tend to leave scars.
Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil.

U can take pan l (40/75) 1 tab od ac for 2 wks & syrup instaraft 10 ml tdac for 2 wks .take plenty of waters. Avoid all rich, junk foods .take very light food .take more fibre contained foods. After 2 wk you go for a whole abdomen ultrasonography and blood test for liver function test ,urea and creatinine and cbc.

Try to give all what you cook at home in mashed form. Also decrease the quantity of milk intake. Also nutritional health drinks once a day can b given.

There is a risk of salmonella poisoning with raw eggs as eggshells harbour this microorganism. Besides there is a possibility of biotin - vitamin deficiency. If you follow the thorough cleaning process, then its ok to eat raw eggs. U can mix it with milk or juice if you like.
But still my advice to you is - eat boiled or poached egg as it's safe. Eat eggs from pasture raised chicken.
