I presume you are still suffering from panic attacks and anxiety. Escitalopram is a good medicine for treating anxiety disorder. How long did you take it before? You need to continue for atleast 6 months to a year for the treatment. Dose of escitalopram may need to be increased depending on your symptoms and if there are no contraindications.

Hi . These symptoms don't appear to be related to menopause. It sounds like she has acid reflux disease or laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. There is a simple way to rule this out. Give her an antacid like tab sompraz 40 mg or tab neksium 40 mg empty stomach once in the morning for a week.
