no, both are different tablets. Meganeuron forte is a vit b12 injection while matilda forte is used for diabetes and other various conditions.

Don't take injections. Never take injections. It is unnecessary pain.
Just start a good multivitamin tablet.
And taking B12 is not enough. Get proper treatment of the cause of low level of B12. Otherwise once you stop taking B12 it will again come back down if not taken proper treatment.

Both the products are similar as the main ingredient in them is Methylcobalamine. Matillda Forte has some additional vitamins and Lipoleic acid. Plus it has higher concentration of B12 155 mcg. If you want to take only Matilda can go ahead. Thanks. This is jut a supportive therapy. Thanks.

Sad that you are suffering since 6 months
if your radiological report (x-ray ,mri) etc. Are normal than your pain is mechanical i.e. Because of muscle or posture problem. I would suggest you to visit nearest physical therapy clinic. Physiotherapist are expert in dealing with such kind of mechanical low back pain. If you don't have physical therapy clinic near by
