Dear lybrate user. Our brain never forgets anything unless there is any accident or brain degeneration. You don't remember because you are unable to recall. Tension is your problem. Reduce tension. Take care.

Hello doctor, I have melasma have tried topical creams but no result please help.
As per your query you have hyperpigmentation due to melasma. I would suggest you to :- - Apply broad spectrum sunscreen whenever under sun exposure.- Wash your face twice daily with mild soap and cold water.-Apply kojic acid cream after washing face twice a day.- Exfoliate your skin twice a week to remove dead skin. Apply vitamin E oil at night. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe steroid ointment and retinoids. Doctor may also recommend laser therapy.

Antifungal medicines are used to treat fungal infections, which most commonly affect your skin, hair and nails. You can get some antifungal medicines over the counter from your pharmacy, but you may need a prescription from your doctor for other types. You're more at risk of getting one of these more serious fungal infections if you have a weakened immune system – for example, if you're taking medicines to suppress your immunity. Your antifungal medicine may cause side effects. These are usually mild and only last for a short period of time. You should consult before using any medication without right prescription.

Hello lybrate-user as you are having vitiligo from last 2 years, vitiligo is a genetic disorder trigger by indigestion and stressful conditions. There was always confusion in patients mind regarding choosing right treatment approach for vitiligo. Allopathy can give quick results but is not very safe for long term uses if steroids are used. Homeopathic is safe but very slow and in most of cases it can not stop the spread of disease i.
