As of now you provided history your creatinine is in the normal range don't warry about that and your blood pressure not much increased as well and if you want increase dose slightly consult me on text or video i'll guide you. Hi my mother had BP issues so she was taking Aten 25, then the doctor advised for Ecosprin 75. Since she started ecosprin she was facing mouth ulcer, diarrhoea, She suddenly started feeling continuous but mild chest pain, so went to check with doctor. After consultation with doctor, they advised to go for tablet Telpres Mt 25 but after this also she has headache and ulcer/diarrhoea sometimes and she feels tired most of the times. We had gone through ECG Stress ECG many times during last 6 months, all were fine. Blood/urine tests, sonography results all fine Please advise what to do More details about the presenting complaint: Headache, mouth ulcers, diarrhoea, fatigue Previous history of the same issue: BP issues, continuous but mild chest pain, acidity Current medications: Telpres mt 25 Past medications of the same issue: Aten 25, ecosprin 75 Lab tests performed: ECG, Stress ECG, Blood/urine tests, Sonography.

Her ulcers and diarrhoea could have been due to Ecosprin, but if after stopping ecosprin they are still persisting then it is possible she may be having some gastric issue like gastric ulcer, so please consult a gastroenterologist for the same, she may also need endoscopy. You should get an echo, hemoglobin and thyroid function test done as well, if her TMT is fine there is no need for ecosprin. Both are good choices. My preference is for telmisartan single drug treatment for young person
what other care are you taking for high bp? Tests, diet etc. Maybe take an online consult if you want more details and thorough opinion.

They have other effects also.
Second. If you have any discomfort after change of the prescription then you should consult your regular cardiologist again and inform him the same.

You should not change bp tablet or reduce it without consulting your physician. It only 'controls' bp at certain level but does not cure permanently. Don't change bp dosage without consulting your physician.
