Sir, I have done my laboratory tests like urine and blood such as urine ph, m, n, and RBC, WBC, platelet TLC, left but every test is fully normal and good but I am feeling mid abdomen pain and mid back pain and burning sensation in chest and feeling like the air not moving properly on body, the doctor sir suggested me to take rabeprazole dsr one tablet in morning and sucralfate syrup 4 time and mint oil capsule between the meal.

You should also get ultrasound abdomen and chest X-ray done. Avoid spicy oily food, avoid addictions if any drink plenty of fluids and take fruits and green vegetables.

Sir Presently i am taking EPTOIN 100MG*3=300MG after meal before sleeping.But due to the medicine my taste is very bad. I don't like anything to eat. Previously i was taking (LEVIFOL 500MG) morning & eveing daily for a week but my taste buds were even worse and i was not able to sit at a place. i used to feel like going out of home but after having eptoin my situation was better. my question to you is that my docter has adviced me again to take levifol500mg so according to you which medicine should i take keeping my situation in mind. Thank You!

You can take eptoin as long as your seizures are under control and you do not develop any adverse reactions to eptoin.

I am 52 years old and had blood pressure problem. In 2010 blood sugar was detected fasting 150 & post fasting 225. Glucoman 500g. I took it for more than 2 years and sugar was under control. But for last 9 month I was erratic as the med was not available in lagos nigeria. About a fortnight back my sugar was high fasting 320 and post fasting 452. Now my doc prescribed me janumet 50mg/1000mg twice a day. The sugar has come down to fasting 150 and post fasting 275. Moreover the bp has also come down 75/130. Can you suggest what to do.

Iam 48yrs old man. I have been detected diabetes with sugar level 180 fasting and 200 after meals. I have been advised to take galvus met 50mg-500mg before lunch and bfore dinner. Shall I continue with same or suggest other medicine. I dont have bp or cholestrol. But feel little acidity since taking this medicine. Also feel numbness in feet for which taking neurobian forte. You can continue same. Initial few days there will be acidity but it subside with time. So dont worry.

My husband took Thyrocare test. Below results were found. Hs-crp greater than 9.65 mg/mg LDL: 128 mg/dl HDL: 35 mg/dl I am worried about high hs-crp value. It says it's greater than 9.65 but how much, it is not mentioned. He is 30 years old. One year back hs-crp was 2.66 mg/ml. It all increased in one year.

As per standard protocols, there needs to at least 5 years of seizure free period before tapering and stopping medications. Newer protocols followed by some doctors believe in stopping medications even if there is 1 year of seizure free interval. It is best that you consult with your neurologist and let him decide on what is best for you.

Your sugar levels are very well controlled. Please make sure you don't get hypoglycemic episodes otherwise dose adjustment has to be done.

Current condition of pappa age: 53 weight: 60 height: 168 cm my dad had 1 block of 95% so we did ptca-om on 10/10/2018. From that day to till now he is not normal and did not able to go to work. Currently our cardiologist prescribed 3 tablets: 1) rosurica gold 10 mg- contains: aspirin (75 mg) + rosuvastatin (10 mg) + clopidogrel (75 mg) 2) escigress cz 0.25 - contains: escitalopram (10 mg) + clonazepam (0.25 mg) 3) rabolin dsr: contains: domperidone (30) + rabeprazole (20 mg) he always says that he feels 1. Some times different sensations like vibration in blood vessels and minutes shocks in heart. 2. Continuous tingling in palms and more in fingers. 3. Numbness, or a decrease in the ability to feel or sense pressure or texture in hands. 4. Heart burn. 5. Feeling of burns in different parts of body like in back on left side of chest. 6. Always feel to lay on bed. 7. Second-degree hemorrhoids without blood from last 20 years 8. Hyperglycaemia sometimes (sugar level on border) 9. He feels that the stent became loose or pain at the site of stent in heart. 10. Always feels tired and weakness. 11. Hyper acidity with a lot of burps. 12. Digestion problem (sometimes indigestion and constipation). 13. Feeling of fluttering in vessels or muscles (now became rarer). 14. Feeling of piercing in back and on the site of stent in heart (now became rarer). 15. Sometimes pain in shoulder, upper back, chest. 16. Frequent pain or burning sensation in chest and upper back. Due to lighten our financial condition is worst, that's why he always takes tension, stress, depression, and burden. He thinks a lot even on a small thing and takes tension of that, his thinking capacity is too high. Irritability on small things. He always thought negatively, never thinks positive. He always blame us that why we did angioplasty, because he never became normal like how he was before angioplasty. He lost his 10 kg weight. He feels that his body is completely damaged from inside. When he hears something bad anything about health of somebody then he thinks alot and applies that's on himself and feels like that person's health condition on himself. He is vaccinated with 1st dose of covisheild vaccine on 12/04/2021.
