Losartan 25 x 2 is very similar to 50

Sir, you already are on three medications for your Hypertension. Lercanidipin, Atenolol and Losartan. All these medicines have their own share of side-effects. Your doctor must have prescribed them to you with a purpose. May be that your blood pressure was not coming under control with single drug. Along with the drugs have you exercise schedule in place. At your age, daily walk for 45 minutes would be wonderful. Also make the changes in your life style as I am sure your treating physician must ...more

You need to first understand few things about blood pressure.
