Ideally TSH should be around 3 to 4 mU/L when hypothyroidism is well controlled in an average person. However, to have pregnancy, it should be <2.5 mU/l and similarl level needs to be maintained during gestational period. TSH 0.04 is a bit too low, it points to excess Thyroxine activity. Thannks.

Hello,
vitamin d deficiency has nothing to do about it. Thyroid might lead to fertility problems, but as you already started taking medicine, don't worry! recheck your serum tsh level after 3 weeks of starting medicine, it should be below 5.

Its hypothyroidism. Since When r you taking this tablet. If you have started this medicine recently then it will take approx 2-3 months to see a good action of medicine. U need to regularly take medicine without missing as your TSH is quite high. U need to do some lifestyle changes also for long term effects-Maintain active life style. Exercise regularly.
Avoid fast foods n fried foods.

Thyroxin is right choice and monitor its effectiveness by getting tsh test done after weeks.
It is better to control hypothyroid before getting pregnant and through out pregnancy.
Urifree is an antibiotic and must have been prescribed for a short period.
