Leezole-3 -Kit Tablet

This medication belongs to the drug group known as triazole antifungals, antibiotic and anti-infective. It is used for treating various bacterial and fungal infections. Such infections includes yeast infections of the mouth, throat, food pipe, lungs and vagina.

The tablet is beneficial for the treatment of meningitis caused due to fungus. It also helps in curing fungal infection caused from chemotherapy or radiation therapy as the immune system is likely to be weakened at this time.

Usually, this medication is taken once in a day, with food or without it. The dosage and duration of taking the medicine depends on your health condition and how responsive your body is to the drug.

The tablet decreases ergosterol production by disrupting the activity of cytochrome P450, inhibiting the formation of the cell membrane of susceptible fungi like Candida and Microsporum. It also inhibits protein synthesis by binding itself to 50S ribosomal subunits of the sensitive micro-organism.
