Hello sir, first of all colic is a normal phenomena and we normally do not give any medicine for that. Some things which increase colic are if your baby is bottle fed or formula fed. Exclusively breast fed babies do not cry so much at night. Still there are other reasons for a baby's crying. Lot of times babies just want a parent to take them in their laps. They will then stop crying and go to sleep. Sometimes baby is wet, hence cries excessively. Avoid using diapers at home.

Most probably it's due to lactose intolerance, it happens due to deficiency of lactase enzyme secreted by intestines. For some time it's better to avoid all Milk products except Butter milk (chhachh) and Curd.
For activating the production of lactase enzyme, you can take safe Homeopathic Medicines.

Yes if you add lactase with milk it will be useful. All lactose intolerant persons need to modify diet or a lactose free diet.

To calculate the dosage for children please use the weight based dose calculator to calculate the appropriate dosage as per the weight of your child. Without telling your child's weight it can by only a guess work. Yu can try giving 0.5 ml of drops and see.
