Those having hypothyroidism and hypertension must take treatment for both.
Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting the same naturally must meet a gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting the fact that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. This means the couple must have patience and go to one with whom they have trust to stick for a long time.

These medicines are absolutely safe for the baby. If your BP is uncontroleed, it will rather affect both mother and baby seriously.

1st you need to understand hypertension.
Blood pressure keeps fluctuating in everyone depending upon our physical & psychological stress levels.(bp sabh mein upar neeche hote rehta hai. Stress mein jyada aur rest mein kam hota hai ).
Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90 & blood pressure keeps fluctuating in every one. In stress it rises & while resting it decreases. If it is constantly higher then 130/80 & does not decrease by resting it's then called hypertension.more

Dear Sneha,

Thanks for your enquiry.

Reduce your salt intake; avoid all fried food, salty foods. Lie on your left lateral position. Take complete bed rest. Chances for normal delivery are very less. The cause for your first LSCS will decide the outcome of the pregnancy

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. I learn that you have Hypothyroidism and hypertension. But there is absolutely no mention of necessary details like T4, T3 & TSH levels, BP readings, dosage of Levothyroxine being taken and also dosage of other drugs taken. Without any of these details, it is difficult to give any opinion.
In pregnancy first choice drug for hypertension is Methyledopa, then Labetolo and Nifedipine. Olmesartan is contraindicated.
