take the following treatment -

1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner.
2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning.
3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day.
4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food.
5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it.

Sir I am a 18 years old boy I am suffering from hair fall and receding hairline since last 10 months my hair become so damaged. During lockdown in month of april I do allot of exercise and during that days I am also suffering from digestive issues I continuously do exercise for 5 months and after that I see my hair fall issue and I decided to stop exercise but my hair fall couldn't stop at month of february after that I consult a stomach doctor and I came to know to there is hookworms present in my intestine (i think hookworms are present in my intestine since 5 to 6 months ago) after that I consult a hair specialist doctor who says that I am suffering from chronic t.e and give me an biotin supplement an an isotretinoin 20 mg capsule and a foligain hair lotion after eating isotretinoin 20 mg daily for 10 days I suffer etching in eyes excess hair fall etc my hair condition now - when I take shower my hair stick together my hair have dandruff issue my scalp is so sticky and sweating alot and one problem I am suffering form so many times is my hair becomes some time brittle sometime soft sir please give me some advice what I can do and by what problem I am suffering from.

* eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal
* eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal
* avoid sour salty spice food
* avoid curd, but take butter milk

Yes you can use it. But remember it causes dehydration. So its better to use it after dinner at night. Also take plenty of fluids like juices and water. Avoid tea coffee and hot beverage.
