While Hypophos Tablet is naturally found in dairy products or vegetables like kale and broccoli and cereals, the mineral is also prescribed as a supplement for the treatment of a number of health problems like osteoporosis and osteopenia. Hypophos Tablet also effectively control hypertension and is known to reduce the symptoms of PMS to a great extent.

Hypophos Tablet when consumed in normal doses can result in some side effects like gas, constipation and bloating. Hypophos Tablet consumed in high doses can result in the formation of kidney stones in the body, especially in case of men. Individuals who are taking Hypophos Tablet supplements as well as following a rich calcium diet are more likely to have a heart attack or stroke.
