Hello lybrate-user! Please do not use these creams. I am presuming they are hydroquinone and steroid based creams which are not good for the skin. If you want skin lightening creams please see a dermatologist near you. They will prescribe treatments based on your skin type.

Hello, firstly and most importantly, all skin problems arise from upset tummy. Either you are not eating properly or your food metabolism is not up to the mark. No. Blackheads, acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
