Cause of discoloration – smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc.) genetics. You may have a yellow bacterial film called “plaque” that occurs naturally in mouth that can build up. If not removed it hardens to form tartar. Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Take oral antibiotic (augmentin duo 625 mg) daily two time. If this causes diarrhoea and pain abdomen, you can take probiotics (vizylac, enterogermina, prolactam, sporolac ). Painkillers (tab zerodol sp daily 2 times after meal) along with tab pan 40 before meal, if you have pain, fever, headache. Topical betadene ointment or tbact ointment along with cleaning with hydrogen peroxide solution. If no improvement occur, consult with your dermatologist.

Limit your time in the shower or bath to 5 or 10 minutes.
Use warm rather than hot water.
Wash with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser.
Apply enough cleanser to remove dirt and oil, but avoid using so much that you see a thick lather.
Check weather reports for the pollen count and stay indoors when it's high, if possible.
Avoid drying clothes and bedding outside when the pollen count is high.

NO! Please do not use Peroxide to whiten you teeth. Teeth Bleaching agents state they have hydrogen peroxide in them but it is somewhat of a different delivery system. Peroxide will clean you mouth but not whiten you teeth. Also, please do not use Bleach to do this either. I have seen it before and it is very dangerous as you could imagine.
