Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
I am sure you are aaware that for vials containing 40 units / ml insulin you have to use a syringe which depicts 40 u/ml on it. Similarly for 100 units /ml vial, there is a separate syringe showing 100 units/ml on it. So when use these specific syringes, it easier to take specific dosage based on the marks on the syringe. Thanks.

Nurses take great care of not contaminating a vial. If you are worried about contamination, get a tetenus injection as well (most likely already given)
multivial vaccines when stored properly will not cause any issues. If you are having doubts, contact the nurse who put you the injection and talk about your concerns. Please note:
further check up, history and examination may be required, seek immediate medical attention if you experience worsening of symptoms. Feel free to contact me for...more

Acute diarrhea is a disorder which leads to a person passing a number of watery stools. It may be accompanied by cramping pain in the abdomen and at times fever too. Food and water-borne bacteria, parasites and viruses cause such problems.

Rapid loss of water in the form of watery stool can cause a situation known as dehydration which can disrupt the normal functioning of the body. Along with it, the essential salts (electrolytes) of the body are also lost.

Dear
If you have got injected already.. No need to worry and nothing will happen
But there is no need to inject that frequently..
In a unvacvinated state.. The gap, minimum 1month between 1 and 2nd...the 3rd after 6 months...
If you are already had all the child hood doses then only once in 10yrs
Some time if there is severe injury.. Then doctors decide to give the and there once

You can take a basugine (glargine) substitute for lantus it comes in vial form and much cheaper.
Ask your diabetologist to shift you from rapid acting lispro (humalog) to regular insulin (actrapid) which is cheaper but you need to take it 30 mins before each meal as action is little slower.
