3 times in a day is not frequent. Keep continue on breast feed body will adjust slowly according to environment.
Every time try for breast feed. Till 6 month to if possible than till 2 year you can.

It means that your father had/has a bacterial infection in response to which the neutrophil levels are elevated. Unless there is high fever or any other problems, there is no reason to worry.
