GLIMY

    Glimy is a drug recommended for those patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The drug is composed of glimipiride and metformin, both of which act on the pancreas for the production of insulin. It should not be given to patients with hypersensitivity, liver and kidney diseases along with pregnant and lactating mothers. The drug comes in the form of 1mg, 2mg, 3mg and 4mg tablets. Some side effects are nausea, diarrhea, sore throat and dizziness.

Hi,
if you are male, your ideal body weight is 87kg. You need to lose around 36kg. If you adopt healthy way to lose weight you can achieve your goal is around 18 months.
Concentrate on eating more of real foods and avoid outside or processed food.Take proper breakfast and choose wise snacking options. Maintain proper hydration level. You would be able to lose few kg.
