Bufomix easyhaler and buventol easyhaler, about 3 years I used this medcin for my asma but I never be good, my doctor say to me you have to used to all your life this medcin, my doctor never give me tablet like monokast, I do not know what is different treatment in here, dear and your country, please say me about this to medcin and monokast, and my doctor did not find any enlarge in my body, but one doctor say you a enlarge but we did not find that, please say about this to me, I am living in denmark tanks give answer to my mail, email thanks.

Use of montelukast is not must in all asthmatics. Can help in allergic asthma. Asthma can b econtrolled only in most cases and medicine may have to be taken life long.

I suffered through stridor 3 months back. Doctor ask me to be on a nebulizer and prescribed me few medications (tab montelukast and acebrophylline. I still suffer through hoarse voice and sometimes sore throat. Can you please advice for the issues mentioned above? It would be a great help. Also the medication is prescribed for 3 months. So will it be safe?

You should undergo pulmonary function test to obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease. Also local examination of larynx & blood examination for routine blood counts, tsh & x-ray chest pa view is required to diagnose the cause of hoarseness.

I am 26 years old. My name is amit. I am suffering from cough for last 1 year. My lungs didn't stop to make mucus that causes respiratory problem and coughing. My blood report, Xray, spirometry test are normal. Dr. had given me montelukast and fexofenadine tabs which will help in control but not permanent cure. After taking the tabs montemac fx it works only for few days like 10 -15 days and after that I have to take antibiotics for relief.

Sir I am 72. Male. I have no health issues at all. I am active. The problem is that I get breathless with slight exertion. While sitting or lying down I am okay. With exertion my o2 level drops to around 85. But after a minute it gets normal to 99. This is seen on a finger pulse oxymeter normally o2 level is 99/100 I do not use an inhaler I do not have asthma. To reduce breathlessness I am advised to take tab supradyn ab three times a day. Spiromont f 180 in the evenings nistami inhaler once a day but the symptoms continue please advise thank you.

I am a male age 72 a pulmologist says that I have copd tho I do not have symptoms of copd except breathlessness I do not smoke or drink I have been taking tab supradyn ab, (1-1-1) tab spiromont 180 (0-0-1) and inhaler nistami once daily despite taking these medicines foe almost a year plus there is no change in breathlessness. I get breathless even for doing minor things. I can walk around tho. What should I do to reduce breathlessness suggest alternate medication please thank you.

Get pft to confirm copd. Rule out any cardiac cause by ecg, echo. May even requre hrct chest if with tests diagnosis is not made.

Hi. I was hospitalized last month for dengue and acute bronchitis now I am suffering from sore throat or you can say irritation in throat and runny nose leading to often sneezing. I get this every month and now I really feel helpless as doctor said it's also because of low immunity. The last time when my throat was infected I visited ent doctor and he gave me few medicines [medicine name Saral-d with content Diclofenac potassium & serratiopeptidase tablets, medicine Cloff 250 with content Clarithromycin tablets IP, medicine Lukotas HD with content levocetirizine Montelukast & (SR) ambroxol hydrochloride tablets and lastly medicine Acebrobic with content acebrophylline capsules 100 my)] and also explained me some do's and don'ts. It was cured completely by these medicines I found these very helpful but again I'm getting throat pain and runny nose. Please suggest me some medicines which I can take whenever I get these symptoms as I hate going to the doctor again and again. What do I do I'm really fed up of taking medicines almost every month also I sometimes try home remedies which hardly helps for me?

I am suffering from allergic bronchitis for 10 years. I am using foracort rotacaps 200 morning and evening. And also doxyfylline 400 1/2+montelukast 10 mg 1/2 both morning and night. I have allergic rhinitis. Still I am getting wheezing and asthma attacks. I am 39 year old. Whenever I get attack I take lrevolin 1 mg tablet. Is it correct treatment for allergenic asthma. I feel very good when I take combination tablet fexofenadine+"montelukast+acebrophylline. When I take this medicine I get less attacks. I stopped that medicine now using above course.

Step up asthma medicine. Can take combination of fexofenadine and montelukast. Acebrophylline is not as per protocol. Can have Total IgE done and if raised then skin prick allergy tests.

This tablet contains a triple drug combination (fexofenadine+monteleukast+Acebrophyllin) which is not a recommended thing unless avoidable. Long term there are many side effects including cardiac, blood and platelet related and also a certain severe condition which is a rare side effect called Churg strauss syndrome with monteleukast.
