Mr. lybrate-user, Looking at your height and weight, it is clear that your BMI is 27.62 kgs/M2, showing excess weight. Your ideal body weight should be 75 kgs. For ED if you want to use some drugs like PDE - V inhibitors that can be beneficial. Thanks.

Hba1 c of 10.5 indicates poor control of sugars. I need to know the duration of diabetes, current fasting and pp sugar values, serum creatinine.
Though online prescription of drugs is not permitted, I can advise you on the type of medicine that would be of use to you.

Do your hba1c. Hba1c will show you exact diabetes control. Fasting and post meals sugar will show particular day glucose reading. Fbs and ppbs is trailer of diabetes, hba1c is entire movie. Do your hba1c from srl or metropolis.

Hello, Thanks for the query. In diabetes when required control is not achieved with single drug, multiple drugs are used. In T2 diabetes the beta cell mass is already down to 50 % by the time diagnosis is made. Then if severe hyperglycemia is present then there's further damage to remaining beta cells. In such situations Insulin injections are required along with oral anti- diabetic drugs. Thus the reason for using more drugs is to achieve better glucose control. Thanks.
