vitamin D may not be the reason for sleep problem. regular excercise and proper diet will overcome anxiety. dip feet in normal water before bedtime for few minutes. you can use chuna ka pani. two tsf with one fourth cup of milk for long time. we used to give our kids since three months of age. u can take medicine for constipation other wise u develop fogging of brain, fatigue etc.
