Dear Sir/Ma’am, Done with a test Vitamin B12, result is 195. Doctor recommended tablet nerve (Gabapentin 300 mg & Methylcobalamin 500 mcg) Please recommend if there is any better solution, I am a purely vegetarian person. Thanks.

But still she is in pain. Also she is in Lactation to a 1 year baby. Please help me i'm very sad regarding this and I love her so much, and I don't want to see her in this pain.

I am a mom of ten children. I had an operation on my left leg while giving birth to my eight child. Since then I had complication on my left leg. Sometimes it will swell and pain so much. Don't take injections. Never take injections. It is unnecessary pain.
Just start a good multivitamin tablet.
And taking B12 is not enough. Get proper treatment of the cause of low level of B12. Otherwise once you stop taking B12 it will again come back down if not taken proper treatment.
