Hi sir, thank you for your query.
Regarding antihypertensives and covid vaccine currently there is no evidence that it’s contraindicated. Simply put yes you may continue propranolol (ciplar) as per your current prescription. Neurokind is multivitamin mainly for immunity and nerve health. That too has no interaction with the vaccine.
Regarding anxiset (flupenthixol + melitracen), some psychiatric and psychotic medications may cause anti inflammatory reaction and at high dose can cause n...more

Dear Ankush,
Placida may not worsen your sweating. On the other hand it reduces anxiety, thereby sweating also.
Placida contains Flupenthixol (0.5 mg) and Melitracen (10 mg). Flupenthixol is a major tranquilizer that is not needed in social anxiety treatment. Melitracen is a weak antidepressant - not approved in India. So you can try other anxiolytics or therapy or relaxation exercise or yoga-pranayama.

If your doctor has suggested to cut down on the dosage of your medicines then it is important you follow the instructions (which are based on your reporting of symptoms and doctor's evaluation). Never self prescribe! and if you feel and find it difficult with the dosage please inform your doctor immediately rather than adjusting medicines on your own.
