Wash and dry your skin frequently. Keeping your skin clean is the best way to prevent a ringworm infection. Dark, warm areas of your body are the spots where the fungus can grow most easily, but a ringworm infection can occur almost anywhere on your body. Wash your entire body with soap and water every day, making sure to give attention to your feet, groin, and scalp.
Change your socks and underwear daily.

The major ingredient antifungal fluconazole is the same in both the drugs and be used flucos lotion is a combination of two antifungal medicines: fluconazole and zinc pyrithione which treat dandruff. Fluconazole kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane. Zinc pyrithione works by penetrating the cell membrane of the fungi to interfere with their energy metabolism and oxygen uptake. This kills the fungi and clears up the infection.

Dear lybrate-user,
The medications you have been prescribed are for fungal infections and are correct for your condition. Please do not apply creams bought over the counter without prescriptions as they may help with itching but will not cure your condition. You will need to get medications which will control the itching to make yourself comfortable till the anti fungal medications take effect. You will need to follow one single course till the infection is completely cleared. Changing medic...more

Better to consult that doctor who suggested you. As it has a lot of side-effects. And anti-fungal treatment are not supposed to be taken lightly. So better consult your doctor.

Here are the instructions for mobile phone use:
Here are seven super quick and easy ways to give your eyes a break during your all those smartphone marathon sessions.
1. Blink, blink and blink again. Blinking often (and for more than a second) keeps your eyes moist and reduces dryness and irritation. We tend blink about a third less than we normally would when we stare at our smartphone screens, which starves our poor peepers of protective tears. Keep your eyes wet by blinking about 10 t...more
