If ringworm is localised then antifungal ointment like CANDID cream is sufficient.
If ringworm is extensive then oral fluconazole should be given under supervision of a pediatrician/skin specialist
Best wishes

Fungal infections on skin are the most common of all and are effectively treated with homeopathy. I advise you to stop allopathic treatment as it gives temporary results only with lots of side effects, it will recur once you stop medicines and homeopathic treatment cures it from roots without side effects. no chance of recurrence. you can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Such problems recur in many people. Infections or allergies come back if you do not take steps to prevent it. Example, rubbing with soap, wearing tight/synthetic clothing/sun exposure/sweating etc can cause the recurrence of a skin infection.
Start the same medication and take steps to prevent the infection.

Along with fungal infection of skin you may also have psoriasis which can be cured completely but it may recur some times you should consult a dermatologist for assessment and management.
