My wife is 25 years old, her AMH is 1.08 ng/ml. We are trying to conceive from last 3-4 months. Doctor prescribed Engamet for 1st 5 days, FSH injection on 4th and 6th day then HCG injection on the 9th day after follicular. During HCG shot her follicle size was 26*22 mm (on 9th day). What her her chances of natural conception considering her low AMH? What should we do to improve her AMH/egg quality? How big is this a problem at 25 years of age?

Such low amh at 25 is a concern so instead of wasting time you should consult an infertility specialist to opt for ivf else as age increases the reserve will decrease that is amh will further low down and then it becomes a problem for you so the sooner the better as chances of normal pregnancy seems to be bleak.

I am 25 years old, trying to conceive on ovulation induction program from last 4 months (Engamet for 5 days, 1 Fsh injection on 3rd day, 1 Fsh Injection of 6th day, then HCG injection after follicular scan on 11th day (4 follicle all sizes>20). From 16th day progynova and Dupastoh tablet. My AMH is low as 1 and my HSG (tubal patency) report is also good. My husband semen result is also good. Still I am not able to conceive from last 3 months. What could be exact issue?

Your AMH (1) is quite low. This suggests poor ovarian reserve where the quality of eggs might not be good. You might have to consider IVF in such a case.

Hi Sir, I am 19 years old teenager. When I was around 9 years old I accidentally hit my own right testis. At that time I feel pain but I do not inform to my parent. After 2 & 3 month I so changes in my body. Symptoms like loose skin, weak bones, curved around my eyes, incomplete development of my body than others, short height etc. But when my age cross 18 years some symptoms like height, curved around my eye is less than ago. After 18 as a biology student I search about this in google and find that this is symptoms are due to lack of testosterone hormone that produce testis. I also found that at 18 to 30 age testosterone level boost. So that I can say that when my age is between 9 to 18 testosterone level is low and and symptoms are seen in me but when I cross 18 some of them cured because boost of testosterone hormone. Now at 19 my skin is loose than other. This symptoms does not cure. So I again search google and find that fat distribution in our body is also related to testosterone hormone. Now my height is around 5'6" and weight is around 50 kg. I found that gokhura tablet boost testosterone level in body. Other tablet like Enclomiphene citrate is also boost testosterone level but prefer to take gokshura tablet because it is herbal and no side effect than others. I have never try that but should I try that gokshura tablet?
