It is, sadly, not possible for homeopathy to cure hiv.
It may help with some of the symptoms, although evidence is lacking. I say this as generally homeopathy is a reasonable symptom treatment, but it cannot cure.

Entecavir is a nucleoside analogue. It works by reducing the amount of HBV in the blood. It also helps prevent the HBV from multiplying and infecting new liver cells. He can take pantoprazole along with this Entecavir is not a permanent cure for HBV infection.
