Stage can not be decided based on the treatment. You are given ART. It advisable to take a personal consultation. In the meanwhile take a private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly.

Hello sir.
In the beginning you will have some side effects of the medication you are having and over the time period you may start tolerating the meds. The govt Dr. has given you the therapy that is given as per government's protocols, though new regimes are now in the who's latest protocols. Please see, since it is a life long therapy it is better to discuss your symptoms with your treating doctor. Thanks.

Hello sir. Both the combination are effective, except that tenofavir alafinamide salt has purportedly more more bone and renal safety profiles. However you are strongly advised not to self medicate please and consult a doctor of your choice to get proper guidance. Thanks.
