Stop using fourderm. Eberconazole is a useful cream for ringworm. prolonged usage may be required and it takes time to produce relief. Medications can be prescribed only after examination to confirm diagnosis.

Stop using fourdeem and quadriderm. They are combimation creams containing steroid. Use antigungal creams for ringworm infection. They can be prescribed by a dermatologist after confirmation of ringworm infection.

Treatment for Fungal Infection:-Stop all other applications. Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Sertacide Cream for application once daily for 1 month. Sebifin cream once daily for 1 month Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching) The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur. Blood Test- Blood Sugar Fasting & PP. Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.

it depends on the severity..Fungal infection or Ring worm.. when occurs in groin, called as jock itch..
