About Ebast-M Tablet

This medication is generally given to those patients who have had an allergic reaction to a certain food or drug. It is a piperidine derivative, non-sedating, long-acting anti-histamine in combination with leukotriene receptor antagonist. Thus, the drug essentially blocks the action of histamine and leukotriene activity in the body.

It is a category B drug. Research has failed to indicate if the medicine have a negative impact on the fetus or a new born. Thus, expecting women and lactating mothers should discuss the positive and negative effects of the tablet before consuming it.

Patients who are currently suffering from kidney or liver impairment, should exercise caution. A few side effects that you may experience are dry mouth, headache, bleeding of the nose, development of sinus, pain in the stomach, nausea, indigestion, weakness and drowsiness.
