I am taking dubagest sr300 tablet but I have delayed periods for 10 days I have checked home pregnancy test its shown me negative what is the reason please tell me.

Delay in periods is due to hormonal imbalance and we should wait for the periods to come on its own.

Am having difficulty in conceiving. Presently, am using ova shield ds and dubagest 200. If I won't get pregnant with these medicine. What is the next option? Is ivf is the last option.? Help me.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist
Then lot of reports are done and different treatments are tried. Patience is important. IVF is last but not initial option.

One gets withdrawal bleeding 3 to 8 days after stopping dubagest. If that does not happen then to meet gynecologist for reports and change in treatment.

Hello,
Dubagest is safe for your baby.
Some precautions to be taken during air travel are:
1) seatbelts to be used while seated 2) periodic lower extremity movement 3) at least hourly ambulation to lower the risk of venous thromboembolism.

You need to get investigated. Also husbands semen test has to be done. Then we will do Iui for six months. If that fails we will do laparoscopy followed by ivf.

Regarding diet avoid pineapple, papaya, lifting weights,
Diet should be rich in protein, fibers, low fat no oily spicy foods.
