Dopamine itself doesn't cause hypotension. But yes at high dosage dopamine can cause cardiac arrhythmias which can lead to in adequate filling and pimping so may cause hypotension.

You're taking sompraz and domperidone already no need to take pantoprazole along with that.
Avoid heavy meal.
Take small meals frequently so that your stomach is never empty.
Avoid oily and spicy food.
