usually herpes zoster is a self limiting disease. Still it has happen during pregnancy is problem. Still no need to worry much, with mediicne it can cure easily. Do ask for ayurved medicine from our hospital.
What you can do right now is. You can apply makkhan (butter) prepared out of milk, not the market one. Apply that on the infection part. It will stop burning and pain immediatly.
