My mother 58 years diabetic biopsy report is as follows. Clinical diagnosis - fibroepithelial polyp Nature of specimen - right tongue Gross morphology - specimen of single mucosa covered tissue bit measuring. 8*.5 cm. Cut n all embed (1) block. Microscopic description - section show a moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma represented by invasive nests nd trabeculae of dysplastic cells wt keratinisation nd squamous pearls. Impression - rt tongue, :squamous cell carcinoma, grade 2 wt ulceration. What does it mean. I ws told cancer, but which stage, nd has been told for operation, what are her chances of recovering after operation. What is the stage of cancer. Please advise.

Sorry for your mother. According to the report it is cancer. Biopsy never tells us staging. Staging means wheather the cancer is limited in that organ or spread to other parts of the body. For that specific tests are done i.e pet-ct scan. So only with biopsy difficult to say about staging.

Hello Doctor, My son is 3 months old from last Saturday he is suffering with cold and cough. Cough is very high. Coughing like as a elder. I consulted the doctor but no use from Saturday onwards I am using astha kind drops phenylephrine drops and also nasal drops. Not only these but also zinger crude with honey and tulasi crude. Daily hair is applied with castor oil. From last 2 days he is vomiting milk daily 2 times. nebulising is also done in 3 times. He is coughing continue up to 1 min. No fever so please give me suggestions. I can not see my child in this condition his voice also decreased up to 50%from last Sunday onwards. Please advise.

hope you are breast feeding your baby. As it will protect the immune system of your baby. For cold, use nasal saline drops in each nostrils 2 to 3 times. Let him lie in a head elevated position. Use yashti madhu churnam + honey, make into paste and let him leak it in small dose 2 to 3 times. Or sitopaladi churnam with honey.

My granny (63 year old) have skin allergic problem suffering since 4 to 5 year, had consult with several doctors but don't get positive result, only get relief while taking medicine and lotion, have too much dry skin without rubbing oil & lotion (home remedies), feel itching through out the day. What type of test should go through it. Suggest me any lotion/tablets. Currently following these medicine, attached picture of skin allergy 1. Miconazole nitrate cream 2. Chlorpheniramine maleate tablet 3. Itraconazole capsules.

Dear Sir/madam I diagnosed with TB on 6 jun 2018. I had plural fluid in my right lung so my doctor removed it and started the treatment of TB with AKT 4. I fill very well after the treatment started but from 22 jun 2018 again I am not filling well and the cough is again started. Today I was go to my doctor and tell him my cough again started. He advised me to do cheat x ray and ESR test. Todays ESR result is 92 which is 80 on 16 jun 2018. In chest x-ray also some amount of plural fluid is increased. Hence he prescribed me to 1.Dextromethorphan HBR and amylmetacresol lozenges 2.Moxifloxacin Hcl 3.cetrizine dihcl 4. becosules 5.AKT 4 6.pyridoxine Hcl. I want ask you that can cough increase after the treatment started or it may be due another reason.

I have been suffering from coughing for 1 month. For first week I have taken moxikind 650 mg twice daily. Then, I have taken azithromycin 500 mg once daily with cough syrup codistar dx and cetrizine for 5 days. It made my cough more worsen. Then, I took medisedyl dx cough syrup. It made my cough more worsen and also I started vomit. Then, the sound of my cough changed with a high pitch sound. I always coughed mostly at night. Then, after 3 day I continued with moxikind twice daily for 3 days. Then, I took jufex forte syrup and fifatrol tablet and cetrizine for 3 days. Day by day, my cough was getting worse. Then, I took dextromethorphan hydrobromide syrup thrice a day for 2 days and cetrizine at night. Then my cough get worse and worse. And currently I was taking levolin plus syrup and cetrizine and cefpodoxime proxetil tablet. It did not provide me any relaxation. Whenever I cough, firstly I inhale deep breath with a very annoying and weird sound and then I start coughing with very dense saliva. I am 14 years old boy. I have no relief.

Why is loose stool happening after consuming calcilab vitd3 forte sg (1250 mg caco3 (500 mg ca equivalent), 1000iu vit d3 tablet) for vit d3 improvement? 1st tablet on day 1 had 2 hrs after meal (2 pm) and the night was uncomfortable some movements near intestine areas and maybe kidney. So 2nd tablet had immediately after meal next day and was comfortable. But 3rd and 4th tablet after meal is causing loose stools next day morning but fine after stools pass out. Considered ca intake too since I am not consuming any dairy products since 2 weeks before and theron. Had back and neck discomfort. After the tablet I feel lesser fatigue and sleep quota has fairly reduced too. But it was observed in the afternoon (after consuming tablet) I tend to sleep longer and muscles seem to be wearing out then (muscle pain). In the night the sleep is good for about 4 hours and later slight discomforts arise in the intestinal areas. Request to elaborate on what is happening and kindly advice on what to do?

Many side effects of too much vitamin d are related to excessive calcium in the blood. These include nausea, vomiting and poor appetite.
However, these symptoms don't occur in everyone with elevated calcium levels.

Yes u can take it safely. But not empty stomach and not more than twice a day as it contain cetrizine. It also contain Phenylephrine which is only recommended for use during pregnancy when benefit outweighs risk. So I suggest u take medicines without phenylephrine

I am 45 years old woman. I constantly take cough syrup containing codeine phosphate and chlorpheniramine or trypolidin like 5 bottles or more a day. I cannot become normal without taking it first. It makes me sweat a lot. Sometimes I used to pass out unconscious but later wake up. When I try to stop, I become sleepy, my legs hurt and cannot sleep, runny noise and no stamina. My eyes hurts I become restless and sweat so much. Now a day I take anxynil and alprazolam like 6 nos or more too. I do not mingle with my friends rather I like watching tv or readv novels. I eat my diabetes medicine like glycomet, bp control ,pantop dsr and some vitamins daily. I wish I could stop it. This isbmaking drink cold drink frequently. Its hard to sleep early. I smoke cigarettes. My weight turn heavy and I am now a fat one. Is there any hope for me to stop it all but it affects my financial condition. Is there any side effect just for taking syrup. Is there a substitute while trying to stop without suffereeinbpbpppp. please help me.

You have become addicted. Also please do thyroid scan. Reduce your cough syrup intake slowly don't stop abruptly and do exercises. Go for long walks in the morning and evening. You have to find time for yourself.
