Dear lybrate user, inhalation route of drug administration is very effective with minimal side effects when compared with oral/tablet mode of medication. Majority of asthma patients uses two types of drugs. Drugs which dilates airway (broncho dilators like salbutamol) & inflammation stoppers (steroids like budesonide). Side effects are very minimal. If you r using a steroid please wash your mouth with water after inhalation of the drug.

HI Mayank... If you will start inhaler then there are chances that you will have to take them more often... everytime with increasing dose... means you will develop a dependence...

Instead take homoeopathic treatment.... You can consult me for it.. I will need some details like since when are you suffering.. what are the conditions that make it worse or better.... and do you have productive cough or dry?? Once I have the details... I can prescribe a good medicine...

You may try...more
